Tom needs toxic debt to keep this going.

There’s no incentive for toxic lenders to give him money if they can’t convert the notes into shares while the ticker trades on the Grey Sheets.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him on another shell, but this one is officially worthless for the next couple of years.
