With no sign of dilution and having just completed a R/S - I am not really concerned as I don't think it matters. We'll see if anything changes when filings hit which hopefully will be soon.

Price continues to hold up nicely.

Nevada SOS still showing just 425M for the A/S. Maybe a mistake?

I just emailed the company to confirm the number. I have never seen a company reverse and then raise the A/S by a completely different multiple.
