I think every short seller has a certain price point above which they feel pain and compelled to do something, anything, even though it won't matter what they do in the end.

Well, with the Total contract in the back pocket... a higher share price on news is predictable. And Total will decide when that news is coming out.

The real 'LOL' is bound to be coming, because of the real contract.
A bankruptcy will not be coming anytime soon, that is for sure.

Did you read all that litigation effort? What a lot of fighting spirit on both ends the we experience, right?

They must be playing for some real rewards, evidently. I did not get the impression from those documents that they played for 'fun' or 'entertainment value'.

It takes a long time indeed, but it's worth the wait with tens of millions of shares.
