They ***only*** signed a CDA.

A confidential disclosure agreement.

That's not an agreement with a lab to do or test anything anything. It's what thousands of companies and individuals execute every day before sharing confidential information with each other. It only prevents two or more parties from disclosing the information they **might** share.


I suspect this is the first time in all of history that a publicly traded company has PR'd the signing of a CDA as a "newsworthy" event.

^ Somebody, please, prove this wrong! How clownishly desperate. Good freaking grief.



(P.S. In their last 10-Q, covering the period up through Dec 31, 2019, NNVC didn't have enough money in their bank account to pay labs to actually do or test anything. So unless NNVC has raised more money, free stuff, like signing confidentiality agreements, is the ONLY thing they can afford to do..
