They will need to talk to the shareholder base and let them know why they made the move and what the plans going forward are... going to be a lot of NASDAQ holders who will dump when they see this... not everyone is a fan of the OTC... but in the log run its a .40 to .60 cent stock based on their proprietary portfolio.
