That is complete nonsense - the CANN Funds weren't frozen as Costello's paid minion stated that FinCEN had frozen the funds but I quickly proved that wasn't true.

Then the minion said the Treasury Department froze the CANN Funds - more BS.

CANN was trying to pay $1 million in California state taxes - Costello and Hawkins lied and told CANN that the $1 million had been paid and that wasn't true.

Obviously, the Judge doesn't believe Costello and Hawkins as he first granted a ex parte TRO which is very unusual.
