I have never heard of APRU. At a glance, I would have been scared off as well.

Flurry of filings but 3B floating is scary. Only 642MM at the DTC so that explains why it can still move so easily.

Story of my life...lol. Been watching TG_HI for a few weeks, was too cheap to slap the ASK at around .01 so was bidding sub-penny, trying to get a fill before the pumpers found it......too late....lol. Never got filled, and a 8K dropped which got it on the pumpers radar, and they ran it.

There are other beat down, cheap, reporting, Ghost Town type tickers out there, with nice share structures. I'm seeing more and more of these types running lately. I'm thinking it's better to buy these, than waiting on shells to do something.....of course there is always the risk that the pumpers don't find them, and they keep getting dumped down, but they almost seem like a better bet than shells....especially if they have very low o/s and/or float.
