I spoke with him by phone this am and was on with him for around 40 minutes just a bit ago (which explains why I disappeared for a bit)

Today's action caused a slight and temporary change in focus.

All I can say is Mike Terrell is NOT the fellow to try and bluff. And he is not remotely interested in a compromise.
