Joe, I think we are way past the $25 million profit. I am happy right now with $1 million. Never let a sales guy use a spreadsheet to project profits?

joelotto I might be wrong about this but I think that $1 - 1.2 million is strictly for the Sams and Sulja branches....the day to day local business. I don't think the ME was factored into those figures

$1 million (Canadian) sales per month is actually pretty good for a local lumber operation. A 15% net profit seems a little high, but might be possible.

Don't forget to deduct income taxes from the profit before you use a cap rate or P/E ratio to estimate the stock's value.

Current stock price might be just about right if not for the potential legal exposure from securities fraud.
