It just doesn't want to stay below 2 even in the grey market for some reason. Next week should be interesting.

TenKay, answer to your question is: EVERYTHING! The suspension is an EMERGENCY ORDER under the "SEC Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response" policies published by the SEC... <<"What on earth does that have anything to do with BVTK’s suspension?">>

You are a sort of expert on the SEC, but you cannot predict with any certainty how the SEC will resolve an Emergency CONVID-19 order if a valid argument is made that it is impeding the battle against the COVID-19 virus... The Courts insist 'Justice won't be made a fool'!

The SEC published how it works! See below... Keep in mind: "The SEC has a three-part mission: to protect investors; maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets; and facilitate capital formation."

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Before the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934

Release No. 88657 / April 15, 2020

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), of trading of the securities of Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (“BVTK”) (CIK No. 0001449574), of Austin, Texas, at 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 16, 2020, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 29, 2020.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of BVTK because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace since at least February 28, 2020. Those questions relate to statements BVTK made in press releases and social media posts, including its statements regarding third party tests of its partner’s disinfectant against COVID-19, its work to register the disinfectant with the EPA, and a $150 million order for the product that it purportedly received."
