It says VSBC's (nt 10k) WILL BE SUBMITTED LATE.

Interesting enough, look who reported this information: Scott Kline, CLSI's corporate council?

Information just came out under our noses, about 25 min. ago on the VSBC board. I believe this Scott Kline could be the same one as CLSI.
