Yesterdays court documents seem to indicate the cvsi lawyers are setting up to merge all the complaints and then I guess spring the news that the patent has been approved.
A Quote from yesterdays fillings.

parties: CV Sciences and certain of its directors and officers. The related cases all involve the
same or similar events: statements by CV Sciences and/or its officers and directors regarding the
status of the CVSI-007 patent application. The related cases all involve common questions of law
and fact related to whether improper conduct occurred related to statements by CV Sciences
and/or its officers and directors regarding the status of the CVSI-007 patent application.
The related actions all involve the same patent application. For these reasons, notice is hereby
given of the related cases".
