It is trading again (without quotes)...so if you are referring to trading...luck really has nothing to do with it...all suspended stocks get to trade again after 10 days.
The issue for Tommy Boy will be that there is no more penny financing money coming. Which means he will eventually go dark...but probably deregister first so the ticker doesn’t get revoked in the process.
