yep, and MCDonalds owned Chipotle Restaurants nationwide, they did a spinoff as well.....which enhanced $$$ for McDonalds shareholders....

Dak,,...... AHAHAHA. Not even close my friend. Those are 2 fully reporting companies. Not only that, have you ever been to canada??? They have more Tim Hortons store fronts than Churchs here in the south.

That spin off had a large business already established, they rolled it out of the Wendys corporate numbers from what i understand.

2 stores is a far cry different from 2000 established locations with a business model that has flourished for 20 years.
