Or check this, these guys will let you short just about anything if you can afford the margin and maintenance which most people can't. Pointless risking millions to make a few grand.

Federal Reserve in the US requires $2.50 per share maintenance.

In Canada the minimum to short a stock under .50 is 100% margin PLUS .50/SHARE.

But finding a broker that will allow any shorts of stocks under a buck on any market is next to impossible.
