How can he raise $2M to build up the aviation subsidiary with his debt, default, and litigation history? He tried to buy Rontan with NO ability to pay for it. Now he's hoping the Florida Court will award him enough money to buy Rontan, pay Rontan's substantial tax debt, the litigation funders, and have some left over for GDSI? Then he has to go through the lengthy Recognition process in Brazil with fingers crossed. Oh yay.
