OWCP won't survive the DGF complaint.

If everything was great why did Bignitz and Hirsch walk away - then Hirsch resigns less than a month after being named a Director of Menlo - there is obvious very serious problems with OWCP.

If OWCP ignores the Judge and doesn't file a 10-K - the Judge stated that OWCP owes DGF millions - this is going to be beautiful to watch OWCP go down in flames.
