it was reported by Vietnam who is saying they are collaborating with the Chinese...I guess your contention is that the Vietnamese are lying?..why?..

and I should not believe what the Vietnamese are saying because china is, well, china?...

Cambodia says they have created their own superior worms...some believe they must have had help from the Chinese...beats me..

but still, im not quoting anything the Chinese have said...so believing the chinese or not is irrelevant...
