Janice, that is most intriguing. Also, if you dont already know the tale, CMKX had a similar development as to what we have seen here. Several shareholders visited the co and started to get inside info. They claimed that the future was very bright. I believe one or two were given free shares to pump. One of them was made the new IR guy. Shortly thereafter the SEC stepped in and, well, you can guess what happened next.

I see some striking parallels between CMKX, MLON, and SLJB. With CMKX we saw a gagged TA and an exclusive shareholder club, much like here. With MLON, we saw false PRs, much like here. I think it's just a matter fo time before the hammer comes down.

And no. I am not paid to post and receive no compensation for doing so. I come here for the laughs mostly and I post mainly for the same reason. I do however post here at times because I feel that the pump crew will say and do anything to avoid discussing the elephant in the room. Finally, the notion that I am a paid basher trying to short SLJB is LUDICROUS! If I wanted to make money shorting I would go after SHLD or GOOG or IBM or AAPL. The touts will say anything to try and validate their poor choices.

JMHO and good night.

So Janice I take your "tale" as a warning to SLJB bagholders & new investors to "watch out" !

Janice Shell, Thanks for sharing that information! Quite interesting!

all IMHO,

true, true. to a great extent, the principals of this company have not shown many, if any, of the earmarks normally identifiable among companies that are making serious efforts to construct themselves as publically-held entities.

the stockholders shouldn't find themselves in the position of making excuses for these manager/owners or identifying to them what steps they should take to create a viable public entity.
the manager/owners should be out ahead of that curve.

i am guessing that "they" are out ahead of a curve to make themselves comfortable by playing this stock. just a guess mind you.
