I suggest you look at the 20 something corona stocks that have been suspended the past month by the SEC. And everyone on those boards said the same thing people here do....."it can't happen to this stock".

Now look at them. Down 80% or more.

I would never in a million years hold this stock overnight.

And btw? If and when an 8k for ZZ top ever comes? W*ORX, a Nasdaq stock that put out a 8k for a corona PR...got suspended 10 days ago and wiped out shareholders.
