It's been trading ever since its suspension expired. The only change is that its venue has been changed by OTC Markets from the Grey Market to its own Expert Market.

The Expert Market is the Grey Market with electronic execution. EFLN still has no published quotations, and will not have any.

Nothing that matters has changed. This is a worthless POS. The SEC can only suspend for 10 trading days.
