Remember Titan mentioned how much additional costs and time it's going to take to get development started again. This was in November 2019. Now consider that same task under the current virus circumstances and the outlook looks even worse.
Development will probably start back up in early Fall at the earliest. The costs to get everything going again are once again going to be way higher than projected.
Essentially we're looking at yet another delay of probably about a year.
Meanwhile, ShitNally is gonna sit at home demanding his $300k/year salary.
