Yes, that's correct. Another reason why the CEO wants to get off the otc-traders/investors in the otc (for the most part) don't care about stocks with great fundamentals or businesses-they buy hyped up garbage scams with "great stories".
It's really questionable who is willing to pay such a price for a stock with 2,845,318,757 shares out there. Don't forget there is a 150 to one reverse split coming this way. Smart investors would look at an entry after the reversal.
Lot's of rumors about a merger that are unsubstantiated without official 8-K filings to prove true intent are driving the price right now.
Many investors are ASSuming that the last quarter will be stellar. That also is pure speculation until the numbers are actually posted.
Investing on speculation can certainly be a two edged sword.
