Perhaps someone in Canada can take it down. As most scammers are clever, I'm not sure a particular agency will tackle this, as it falls out of their jurisdictions, respectively. Colorado won't, despite being incorporated there, Canada.....very lax on oversight.....which is probably why they are there.....I think the news will ultimately end this scam. We will see.
