Well considering each one of those patients are in the hospital, have a chart, and hopefully covered by insurance so they aren't crippled by medical bills, it is really hard to argue the data isn't there to be reviewed.
Unless you are suggesting everyone who has improved or been discharged form the hospital is some sort of "crisis actor."
