Colotraq is making a big profit from what?

Contracts being what they are, the agreement Aluf Holdings and the sellers of Interaqt made very likely included an "out" to which they both agreed.

I suspect AHIX could not deliver on promised financing. I also suspect Colotraq's business just wasn't as lucrative (based on the last filing) or as attractive as AHIX needed it to be to get financing. Just as with the acquisition of Core Wafer Systems, there is probably plenty of blame for both parties to share.

Ultimately, the people hurt are investors who purchased shares at inflated prices based on hype and whose choice now is to take the loss or wait and hope.
