Biotechs are always short of money. The stock I have a big position in took a hit today from nervous nellies that are worried a deal will not get done in time for debt that is due. Money for about two years operating makes investors a lot more comfortable and the stock price really rolls when profits occur.
I would guess the pressure on BOCX stock was from the extra 50,000 shares that Evergreen undoubtedly dropped this week.
