Just because one makes a claim of a buy order in no way means there is not an on going fraud investigation. Common sense and logic would say they are still investigating.

Hey PSA, Etrade would not take a buy or sell order yesterday or this morning, but like you I was able to do it this afternoon and placed my sell order at $12.499. So now that the DTC seems happy and ARYC has moved to the mysterious “Expert Market,” allowing more liquidity, it makes me think that maybe, just maybe, the SEC and other entities are starting to sway towards the real TRUTH.
