Need to monitor the Fauci families bank accounts...Is there no one at the FDA or in Washington other than Trump, Pence, Carson and a few Republicans in the House and Senate we can trust ?

That quote is out of context by itself. It was followed up with:

"Although a 31% improvement doesn't seem like a knockout 100%, it is very important proof of concept," Fauci said. "What it has proven is that a drug can block this virus."

That's from the CNN report that YAHOO copy pasted. So a 31% improvement is below the typical efficacy required for the emergency designation. It remains as Fauci said a proof of concept.

There is also the liver damage caused by this drug to address. It didn't have the best run when it was being used to treat Ebola. It does not decrease the viral load and it has a prior conflicting study over its head.

So it would seem Gilead has still a ways to go.

Yeah, that made it very clear who the government is siding with here. Right or wrong Cydy has to go overseas and sell now.
