After taking off the rose coloured glassed, one can see;

1. Expenses increasing with no sign from management that they will control it. In fact, they mention it will increase further.
2. Trials delays,ie., vitiligo, trauma, scald, so income from other uses delayed further.
3. Possible reduction in sales as much as 20%
4. No mention of Japan approval or UK's NICE review
5. No willingness to expand into other markets outside of the US.

To me, management seems to be out of control.
