These guys were able to create testing kit related web pages and video in a few days, they can't come up with something resembling "this is where we went wrong and this is how we're going to get out of this mess and this is where we're at in that process".
Any significant PR will have the most impact if it is released close to the trading restart, right when the SEC gives PRED a full exoneration. That’s what I would do.
