It’s the end of the road for BVTK. Why? Simple...this company has ONLY ever survived on toxic penny financing since Tommy Boy took over.
Now that this is grey, that cash source is gone. Expect Tommy Boy to go dark at some point, it’s SEC filings to stop (he won’t be able to pay for them). Then one of two things will happen...he will deregister with the SEC to avoid revocation of the ticker, or he just stops filing and lets it go delinquent.
People should try to preserve whatever capital they can when it reopens on the grey market because it will eventually go illiquid...only a question of when.
