Targeting is adenosine just like remesdivor . Surely a sign that this could be big. It’s speculation, but why renew a patent on such favorable terms if you are going nowhere. Makes no sense. Cancer drug is the powerful patent they have , but with Gilead success perhaps they can work on a similar drug for Covid using the patent. Just thinking out loud here as company won’t tell us anything . Maybe Gilead wants our patent or a competitor. Or maybe I am way of track
