They state it is to help cover the 24 million shares in the public offer. But I don't see that being executed if they can't get this above and hold the .08 price of the offering. One thing I am Leary about is the A/S I thought it was at 24 mil not 42. Well lets see what kind of tweet they can put out today to twist this to a positive.
