They changed the Annual Report date from Dec 31, end of year to

Oct 31, 2020. When they updated the filings in April 12/31/2019 was the annual reported dated. Nevada now list this:

Entity Type :Domestic Corporation (78)Jurisdiction :Nevada
Formation Date in Jurisdiction :
Annual Report Due Date :10/31/2020

No idea why they did that.
