1.5B not in to effect yet! Will be 1.5B only after they file the DEF 14C. For now AS still holding at 750M. No dilution for at least 3 weeks following filing of DEF 14C. Gives us approximately one month guaranteed trading without further dilution. Besides they did mention that 1.5B AS will be enough for next 12 months following DEF 14C. OS was 252,908,958 shares in date of April 01, 2020. My guess OS holding now around 450M which is extremely low!!

This is the part I liked about the proxy filing regarding the A/S increase following DEF 14C.

Punchline:
The increase in the Company’s authorized shares to 1,500,000,000 shares from 750,000,000 shares is intended to provide adequate authorized shares to cover the Company’s potential financing and/or acquisition needs for at least the next 12 months.

We are good with A/S of 1.5B for next 12 months!!! Go $$$IGEN$$$ That is HUGE!!!
