The news outlet is itself just using this as a pump piece for itself to get new clicks and increase it's advertising.

Today Israel celebrates 72th Independence Day.
The various newspapers are overflowing with
interviews with dignitaries in their respective
fields.
Dr Arnon definitely deserved a double spread
interview for her past achievement in the Copaxone
drug development.

The Marker is a business oriented newspaper with
high standards, but of course its raison etre is
to make money.

The pump imo was due to the Covid hysteria, although
as clarified there is no connection between these
two ailments.
Due to social distancing many people are at home idly
reading newspapers and jumping to (wrong) conclusions.

IMO the stock will retrace due to profit taking and
realizing BVXV is NOT in the Covid playground.
