* bulls initially require a lasting hold above SPY:

50-week EMA
20-week SMA
15-week SMA

* bears need a lasting hold below the 5-week SMA

* bulls do not want to see a stall and reverse by
the weekly RSI-14 near or slightly above the 50 level
... a future failure to even reach the 50 level will represent
bearish evidence

bulls eventually need a lasting hold above the weekly RSI-14 60 level
& bears need a lasting hold below the 40 level
