lol lol lol lol lol most of this company's revenues goes to operating the fleet. there are so many expenses associated with the trucking business, which is why the company is heavily inverted with a negative net asset value that exceeds $5 mil. so, tlss getting some crumbs to make 1 or two payments from any overflow of capital that prime is able to throw to the parent company is literally, just that...crumbs. the share structure is about to go straight to hell with the latest acquisition, given that they are going to be paid with common stock of tlss. so, get ready to say goodbye to 500 Milly authorized and welcome at least a bill or even a few bill. they have to have enough authorized to pay their convertible debt and issue the shares for the acquisition. the mix here does not bod well in the short to mid term for tlss shareholders imo. today's movement was not a surprise given the behavior of stock chasers and newbies who buy a stock blindly or on hype or on a single or filing without considering all the variables and overall company stats. tlss insolvent financial position is not good. you can't make it favorable just because you want a stock to run. sooner than later, reality sets in. the mms' already know the deal here, and so do the noteholders. those who made money today and sold to bagholders or soon to be bagholders....congrats. it's howdy doody time now.

I thank you for the contributions on this board. They are substantive, accurate and beneficial in determining whether to buy or not.

The aforementioned being said, ultimately, my decision to invest, and why I am such a big fan of TLSS, is the management, and in particular, the turn around specialist they hired.

Luck, by definition is the favorable outcome of two possible scenarios which look equally possible. I am a big believer that to be the benefactor of said chance, one must put themselves in a position such that fate shines favorably upon them.

As to the procurement of the loan, good fortune? Most undoubtedly.

As to the turnaround of this equity, luck shall have little to no consequence in determining the final outcome, of that point, I HAVE NO DOUBT.

TLSS is currently a penny stock, because the market says so right now.
Opportunity comes, when the STREET has it wrong.

The STREET has it wrong.

Thanks again for the impartiality and truths your posts bring to the board, irrespective of your position one way or the other.
