Now if you bidding on a company and would have been the winning bid, why aren't you the owners now? Who the heck are these "owners of the future operating company"
Their bid was for $3.5, plus another possible $1M if they were able to sell stock in their company (GFive). The collection of AR carried a 15% management fee.
And, of course, they were bidding on the assets, not the company. Shareholders would still have lost 100% of their investment.
