“A product that survives the scrutiny of the experts at the US Patent office is the Gold standard... Certified as the real deal... “

That is NOT what a patent means at all....which is why over 95% of issued patents are never successfully commercialized.

Something that is useless or obsolete can still be patented...that is not part of the criteria.

Lets pretend there is a fantasy-land alternate universe where 'ENCRYPT ONE' has a place.... and in that mystical realm its used by every governmental agency.
.... lets also pretend that its used by every man woman and child.

That being said (as i try not to throw-up in my mouth), do you think Tom will "GIRD HIS LOINS" and pay back all of the share holders that he blatantly and deceptively lied to?... Some of which lost their entire life savings??.
Good god, Cellucci makes the F**king taj mahal casino look like a solid investment.

So Tom Cellucci patented a boat anchor .... nice.
The part that perplexes me, is it would seem as though he and his fans feel that exultations, congratulations, and perhaps even praises are in order.
Its like the guy that kicks someones ass, steals their wallet and then rides a wheelie to the end of the block and shouts "Did you SEE THAT?...I'm THE MAN!!!

Seriously, who has the nerve to tout their delusional perception of success right after implementing a horrific reverse stock split, promptly followed by a stock suspension?... events that left SO many people truly hurting.

Honey, I traded this thing until I was blue in the face....If I had not, I would have lost my ass like everyone else (my farewell letter here https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143690991). Believe it or not, I wont tout a play that I dont think has a viable chance of success based on solid reasoning and potentially solid developments.... in Bravatek's case, it was Tom's resume (which was impressive) and his never ending line of Bull-Sh*t (which i bought into for quite a while)

OH MY GOD Im glad that I got out when I did.

If I was still holding here, I would be on the phone implementing my "broker assisted trade" to dump this turd on the open market the moment it resumes trading in its grey-market capacity.

....Although, there's a good chance this will just resume normal trading... Ive heard that the ENCRYPT ONE patent has market makers lined up around the block to back this turd...."NASDAQ soon than you think" baby!
(That was a joke for TenKay...)

DOM007- You ask a question that answers itself!

Respectfully, and apparently, you don't know who you're dealing with. But here's a hint >>

The Most Honorable Lord Admiral Thomas A. Cellucci has some Kansas beachfront property he'd like to show you. And even if there is no beachfront property there, his sales pitch will be quite impressive.

No patents are not needed to sell software .. patent pending is also ok as is software that is not even patented. End user agreements are used regardless of a patent or not. If I have a software that works there is nothing to stop me from selling it.. read bvtk own press releases from 2015 where they claim to have sold the software to the Smithsonian Museum and a city in Florida- no patent at that time but also an empty PR that yielded nothing. Which in reality the fact they are Grey market really makes all this talk worthless - no one will buy their stock nor their 6 year old email software. Security software changes more rapidly than any other technology out there. Add their SEC suspension for fraud and no governor blue chip company will touch it.
