You might want to replace the Lynas with UURAF. The Lynas Texas facility already is priced into the Lynas SP and it didn't go anywhere. Check out this big Ucore news of the week. Plus, Ucore doesn't need any DOD money to get going given the huge financial backing from the State of Alaska.
