Misleading as the title was :
iBio Estimates ~500 Million Dose Capacity for COVID-19 Vaccine from its FastPharming Facility™
It doesn't gap means if they actually would produce 500 million doses it would GAP up to 2,5$ before market open as a minimum.
The PR states if and COULD.
The real message they give is
"announced that it has joined the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (“NIIMBL”), one of 14 institutes in the Manufacturing USA Network."
No reason to go up.
I warn you, it will be GAP (PUMP) and TRAP (DUMP) possibly run to 1.4 and back to 0.9.
