they are not allowing buys which in turn cuts off a large % of potential investors from buying the stock (whoever is with amtd). This reduces the number of buys significantly so the share price is much easier to bring down. Why.....so that UBSS can cover their short positions at a lower price when weak hands freak out and sell... it's been going on all day.
UBSS has been on the bid nearly the entire day, yet no amtd clients can buy. That in itself should tell you what's happening.
