Citron are total TOTAL frauds, they did this last month and it worked but now people are totally wise to it, they are being sued by INO. Also like complete jackasses, they put a Target price of $1, which would NEVER happen anyway, but especially as the Gates Foundation, and CEPI has given INO over 40m in grants and the Whopper of the Govt Grant and phase 2 is coming

Citron and their Fraudulent shorts will lose everything and will be sued into criminality....I absolutely Cannot wait....

Its just retaliation, won't get them any where except more people will now know that they themselves are the scammers. Very stupid move on their part if true.
