IGEN--So that is a very fair question. One could argue that the insiders are merely buying, showing support for the equity, by buying at lows of the day/period. It would be disingenuous to say I have not noticed the same. That being said, there were some significant buys mixed in that are much more telling. The company is in a little bit of a trick bag, but nonetheless, this will be a profitable trade. The selling has abated greatly for now. Pushing/diluting the stock recklessly at this point will put the note holders in the .000's where it will be hard to dilute, when the DEF14 is effective.
I would focus more on the upcoming trade that presents itself, from the anticipated allowance of price increase, before the DEF is even filed.
IGEN will make a nice run in the shorter term. After that, we shall see.
