Ok so it says: (CE) USOTC on the header, along with nbdr ticker name.

But you see every trade in real time - just no bid and ask, but obviously the trades give away the price range the stock is trading at ... and it did end the day at 0.013 cents.

yes, grey market trades and expert market trades are all otc trades.
