well, we do know this. the sec interviewed him twice. they didn't even need to wait for the third interview before suspending, so........

If there are only two company actions that can lead to a trading suspension and one of the actions can be ruled out, there is but ONE remaining option! In the case of DECN the only remaining option is FRAUD! Due to the fact the SEC investigation is completely confidential, the SEC has concluded something done by DECN can be deemed as FRAUDULENT! Nobody posting to this Board can read the "SEC's mind"!

THERE IS NOT A THIRD OPTION FOR THE SEC! THE ONLY OPTIONS ARE EITHER DELINQUENT FILINGS OR FRAUD! PERIOD!
