Don't need to refute that claim. Its perfectly true.
But the caveats that those Scientists state themselves are completely damning for DECN: Can only detect ABOVE 10^11 Vp/ml.

Now SARS COV2 virions have only ever been found at levels below about 1x10^9 VP/ml. And often very far below that level.
(see links). There's not enough virus there for that technique to work.

And it isn't normally found in blood samples anyway! So DECN are looking for it in the wrong place (see links)

So DECN CANNOT have developed a blood assay that diagnoses Covid 19 using Non linear impedance...

He Hasn't. He's been complaining about DECN. And DECN was a scam. They haven't developed anything!

What inside access and information do you have?

You don't need any. Everything I have posted is that link in the public domain. And it proves that what DECN claimed to have done cannot in fact ever be done! End of!
