Weather is dreadful for us, strange past month, colder than usual by a lot and snowing on and off, nice day tomorrow and then rain in forecast for the next 5 days and well below avg temps for first half of May forecast.....weird....anyway, want to get back to walking, been like a hurricane everyday, lol....

Currently doing 1 oz a day Flax/Chia combo in 22 oz of slimfast.....workable/doable and plan on doing 2 oz a day shortly....also bought few frozen bags of those beans you spoke of, shelled Edamme or something like that, eating like a 1/2 or 2/3rds cup a day, buying more....they are good, have had them before....also just got some in small packages for snacks during the day....now drinking about 25 oz water a day and 25 oz of green tea a day and about 1.5 liters of Diet Coke a day....but still better than 3 liter a day habit past 25 yrs, will keep increasing the water and green tea and reduce the Diet Coke....

I need to get back to my no carb diet, eating to much bread, pasta, potatoes past several months....lost 66 lbs on a mostly carb free diet, exercise and way less Diet Coke, need to get back to that and add in some tips you have provided for me...TY TY TY.....

I did see I forget 10lb or 20lb bags of Chia on Amazon, but need to pay for shipping on them....it looked like......
